Indiana marriage but divorce through the military? – Single Dating Tuts
My ex and i were married in Indiana. lisence was filed there and truned in to the office on the army base. but we got divorced through the JAG office on Ft. Stewart. The county that we live in in GA has no record of our marriage or our divorce. so does that mean that the Indiana office and files dont show that we’re divorced either? I dont know if the army sends a divorce decree to the state in which the marriage was filed.
